By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity. 2. Accounts

Certain features of the Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You must notify Anchor promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access to or use of your account. Anchor may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, our users, our customers, or third parties; to address suspected fraud, misuse, or security concerns; or to comply with applicable law.

3. Transactions, Tickets, Reservations, and Purchases

The Services may allow you to purchase tickets, fares, reservations, products, or other services offered by Anchor customers, transportation operators, merchants, or other third parties. Additional terms, including fare rules, ticket rules, cancellation policies, refund policies, expiration periods, eligibility requirements, and other conditions established by the applicable operator or merchant may apply to these transactions. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable transaction terms before completing a purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Anchor provides technology that facilitates transactions and may not be the transportation provider, merchant, or operator responsible for fulfilling the underlying service. 4. Payments

When you make a purchase through the Services, you agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information. Payments may be processed by Anchor or by third-party payment processors and financial service providers. Depending on the applicable Service, supported payment methods may include credit or debit cards, digital wallets, or other electronic payment methods. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your transaction. Payment information may be tokenized or otherwise processed by third-party payment providers in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy practices. Anchor does not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every transaction, device, merchant, or operator.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and modifications are subject to the rules and policies applicable to the particular product, ticket, reservation, merchant, or transportation operator. Where Anchor provides technology on behalf of another operator or merchant, that operator or merchant may be responsible for determining refund eligibility and resolving disputes concerning the underlying service.

6. Mobile Applications and Device Features

Our mobile applications may use features available on your device, including location services, camera access, Bluetooth, notifications, biometric authentication, and other device capabilities. Certain features may require permission to access these capabilities. You can generally manage these permissions through your device settings. Some functionality may be unavailable or may not operate correctly if required permissions are disabled. Your wireless carrier or internet provider may charge you for data, messaging, or other services associated with your use of the Services.

7. Location Information

Certain Services may use your device's location to provide functionality such as identifying nearby transportation services, stations, terminals, routes, merchants, or other location-dependent information. Location information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the permissions you provide through your device. 8. Electronic Communications

By using the Services, you consent to receiving communications electronically where permitted by law. These communications may include transaction confirmations, receipts, account notices, service notifications, security alerts, and other communications related to your use of the Services. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be provided in writing to the extent permitted by applicable law. Marketing communications, where applicable, are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

9. Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, Anchor or the applicable service provider may send notifications to your device regarding transactions, tickets, reservations, service updates, account activity, or other relevant information. You may disable push notifications through your device settings.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in the applicable Privacy Policy and any additional privacy notices presented in connection with a particular Service.

You may not misuse the Services.
Among other things, you may not:
access or use the Services in violation of applicable law;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data;
interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services;
introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful technology;
use automated systems to access or extract information from the Services except where expressly
authorized;
circumvent security, ticket validation, payment, access-control, or fraud-prevention mechanisms;
copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Services
except where applicable law expressly permits such activity; or
use the Services to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful activity.
Anchor may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including restricting or
terminating access to the Services.

12. Intellectual Property

The Services and their associated software, designs, interfaces, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, content, and other materials are owned by Anchor, its licensors, its customers, or other applicable rights holders and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, Anchor grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for their intended purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you by your use of the Services. Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed through the Services remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to, integrate with, or provide access to third-party websites, applications, payment providers, transportation operators, merchants, mapping providers, or other services. Anchor does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, or performance. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies established by those third parties.

14. Transportation and Other Third-Party Services

Anchor may provide software and technology used by transportation operators, ferry operators, transit agencies, airlines, merchants, and other organizations. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Anchor is not the transportation carrier or operator providing the underlying transportation service. Schedules, availability, routes, fares, service conditions, cancellations, delays, accessibility accommodations, baggage requirements, and other operational matters may be determined by the applicable operator. The operator's applicable rules and conditions govern the underlying transportation service.

15. Availability and Changes to the Services

We work to maintain reliable Services, but we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, third-party systems, outages, security issues, or circumstances outside Anchor's reasonable control. We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services from time to time.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” Anchor Operating System, LLC | Terms of Use ANCHOR DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED. ANCHOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANCHOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES. This includes, where permitted by law, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anchor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

19. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. Anchor may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, create a security risk, or where suspension or termination is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect Anchor, our customers, users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after termination.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Additional dispute-resolution provisions, including arbitration requirements where applicable, may be provided in connection with particular Services, customers, transactions, or jurisdictions. 21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, legal requirements, or other circumstances. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable Privacy Policy, transaction-specific terms, operator rules, and other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the applicable Services.
